GHA was founded in April 2024 by Ms. Garza, an accomplished, seasoned executive with extensive experience as an operating partner, turnaround / restructuring advisor, investor and investment banker. We bring 25+ years of expertise in board representation, strategy, business transformation, finance, organizational design, and operational optimization to each engagement and situation.
